Contact details you give us through our enquiry forms: your name, business name, email address, phone number and message.

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about partnering or advertising with us. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
To keep the website secure and protect our forms from spam and abuse. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.

Sharing your information

We never sell your personal data. We only share it where that is needed to run this website. The organisations involved are:

Rocket.net, which hosts the website and delivers it through the Cloudflare network. Enquiries sent through our forms are stored on the website and emailed to us.
Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our enquiry forms from spam. It loads when you open a form and checks that the form is being used by a person. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Mapbox, which provides the map of our locations. When the map loads, your browser requests it from Mapbox, which receives your IP address and a random ID that is replaced every 24 hours.
Our email provider, which delivers enquiries to our inbox.

Cookies

This website only uses the cookies and browser storage it needs to work. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. For the full list, see our Cookie Policy.

International data transfers

Some of the organisations above are based outside Jersey, for example in the United States. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
